Board Nomination Page Hello, My name is Pam Zarick. I am the current President of the Beacon Street COA. I would love to continue serving on the Board of Directors, along with my team. I will continue working to keep Beacon Street Values high as well as ensuring all voices are heard. The CC&R Violations are overwhelming to everyone and my Goal is to engage neighbors finding friendly behaviors through transparency in exactly what the board is doing. I bring 3 years of experience, with a desire for community involvement including transparency in the board. My plan is to scrutinize the outdated CC&R’s while adhering to the Civil Codes. I wish to organize Committee’s to examine Common Area concerns while ensuring legal restrictions remain. Thank you for your consideration.

I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for almost 10 years. I’m currently studying to become a Civil engineer and in my free time I love to travel and sew.

 

Some of my influence is already throughout our community with the doggy poop stations. As board member I would encourage the board to set up a Facebook page up to better streamline information to you, the homeowners.  Knowing what’s going on in your neighborhood builds trust and sense of security, that’s what I hopping to bring to our community.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

I have a B.A. from Whittier College . I Cisco certified computer network training. I have an A+ and Network+ computer training.

I have been  business man for 39 years. I have consulted many small business in the San Diego Area.  I accounting and tax consultant small business.

I love baseball and I am a season ticket holder with the Padres.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE ON THE BOARD?

1. Keep the complex safe and not enforcing Petty rules.
2. Have a good communication with homeowners (get the Website and Facebook up and have info the homeowners can use
3. Help owners stay in their homes. We need to work with owners to keep them living here
4. Show the owners that we have their interest at heart.Publish the Balance Sheet and Income on a monthly Basis (on the Website)
