We just paid for tenting- termites $130,000, and a new law

mandated repairs on balconies, $210,000.

Our reserves are VERY LOW! We also need to do asphalt

and cement work soon. Holes in the driveways create more

problems and leaks when it rains.

\n These are VERY REAL concerns. We received quotes from 3 vendors in May 2023. Cost $1.3\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n The latest quote is now $1.5 Million \u2026 up $200,000 from 2 years ago\u2026 and\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n going up\u2026We need to lock in the price and a 40-year warranty\u2026 not normally offered!\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several roofs are tented\u2026 Look around. You<\/strong>
don\u2019t want your furniture and carpet\/flooring<\/strong>
ruined!<\/strong>

It\u2019s more cost-effective than patching problems

year after year. A new roof reflects the damage

sunlight better thus improves energy efficiency,

protects property values and reduces insurance

risks.
If we don\u2019t fix the roofs, we could lose our<\/strong>
Master Plan Insurance. If we do not have<\/strong>
insurance, you can not sell your homes.<\/strong><\/p>

A generic company will not cover all damages fully.
