The annual meeting has been scheduled for July 23, 2025, at 6:00 PM and will be held virtually via zoom.<\/p>\n

At the Annual Meeting, the membership will elect new Board members. The newly elected Board of Directors will make decisions for the Association on behalf of all members. In accordance with the Bylaws, the Members shall elect five (5) directors. The five (5) Directors receiving the highest number of votes shall be elected for a term of one (1) year.<\/p>\n

The Board has appointed HOA Election Professionals as the Inspector of Elections. They must receive mailed ballots by 1:00 PM on July 23, 2025. Please mail ballots to HOA Election Professionals, ATTN: Inspectors of Election, PO Box 1625, Escondido, CA 92033.<\/p>\n
