The agenda for each upcoming meeting is posted at the community 3 or 4 days before the meeting. Owners are invited to attend and provide suggestions and\/or concerns. <\/p>\n<p><b><i>**Please be advised that the October meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 due to the Columbus Day Holiday being observed on Monday, October 8, 2012.<\/i><\/b> <\/p>\n<p><b><u>LANDSCAPE<\/u><\/b> <\/p>\n<p>The new landscape company has started and we will be conducting out first walkthrough with them on September 27<sup>th<\/sup>. <\/p>\n<p>Walkthroughs will be conducted on a monthly basis and are set for the <b><i>fourth (4<sup>th<\/sup>) Thursday<\/i><\/b> of every month at <b><i>8:30 am<\/i><\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>Per the Association\u2019s CC&amp;R\u2019s each homeowner is responsible for maintaining the landscape and or plants not in common area. Please note that no plants should be allowed to over grow on the walls of the buildings or fences as it causes damage to these areas. The Board would like to remind all the residents to keep their landscape and plants under regulation.  <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.beaconstreethoa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/clip_image007.gif?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"clip_image007\" border=\"0\" alt=\"clip_image007\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.beaconstreethoa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/clip_image007_thumb.gif?resize=177%2C133&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"177\" height=\"133\"><\/a> <\/p>\n<p><b>**If anything is planted in the common area without previous approval from the Board, this will be removed at the resident\u2019s expense.**<\/b> <\/p>\n<p><b><u>COMPLAINTS<\/u><\/b> <\/p>\n<p>The Board of Director\u2019s welcomes complaint letters from homeowners about observed rule violations by others. Letters must identify the persons who are in violation and be signed by the homeowner who is complaining. Names of writers of complaints are strictly held in confidence and not revealed in follow up to the complaint. But no action can be taken against events where the offender is not known. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.beaconstreethoa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/clip_image009.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"clip_image009\" border=\"0\" alt=\"clip_image009\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.beaconstreethoa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/clip_image009_thumb.jpg?resize=192%2C128&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"192\" height=\"128\"><\/a> <\/p>\n<p><b><u>CC&amp;R\u2019s\/RULES AND REGULATIONS<\/u><\/b> <\/p>\n<p>The Board would like to inform the residents that Beacon Street COA is governed by Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restriction as well as Rules and Regulations approved by all the members of the Association. These governing documents are currently outdated and are being reviewed by the Association\u2019s attorney and will be updated and submitted to the ownership for approval. <\/p>\n<p><b>Fencing along Granite Hills: <\/b>The Board had requested for Management to provided proposals to replace the fencing with wood or vinyl. After looking into this matter further we discovered that per the Association\u2019s current CC&amp;R\u2019s the aesthetics of the complex cannot be changed unless approved by the entire ownership. The Board has deferred this item until further discussion and until they have reviewed the updated CC&amp;Rs that will be provided by the Association\u2019s attorney. <\/p>\n<p><b><u>MISCELLANEOUS<\/u><\/b> <\/p>\n<p><b>Maintenance: <\/b>The Board is working on having the Community looking brand new. Please report any discrepancies noted throughout the community. A work order will be submitted to the maintenance man and will be tracked on a monthly basis during our monthly walk-through.  <\/p>\n<p><b>Garden Windows: <\/b>The Board is awaiting a second opinion for the Association\u2019s attorney as to what the Association\u2019s responsibility to replace the windows is. Further information will be provided to the homeowners once the Board has reviewed the second opinion and has discussed the matter.
